All about Molly

Molly Sykes BSc MSc ANutr

Molly is a Registered Associate Nutritionist with a MSc in Human Nutrition. She spent 4 years at the University of Bath studying Health and Exercise Science (BSc), where she found her love for health and wellness. After graduating with First Class Honours, Molly knew that nutrition was her passion so she went on to study Human Nutrition MSc at St. Mary’s University, Twickenham.

Throughout her 5 years at university, Molly experienced a world of health and hormone issues. She struggled with irregular periods, anxiety, weight gain and PMS. When doctors kept prescribing different birth control pills instead of searching for the root cause of these problems, Molly took matters into her own hands.

By using everything she learned at university and learning more about women’s menstrual health, Molly tailored her nutrition, exercise and lifestyle to support her hormones and menstrual cycle. Not only does she now have symptom-free periods, but she also thrives both personally and professionally, and she teaches other women how to do the same.

Molly's Philosophy

For far too long, menstrual health has been disregarded and women have been expected to tolerate and mask their symptoms with birth control and medication. This is a disservice to women, because understanding and connecting with your cycle has endless benefits. After years of suffering, dismissal and lack of resources, Molly now uses her education and experience to teach women how to understand their bodies and transform their lives by supporting and working with their cycles.
